At HomeDesign, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your HomeDesign account and select the 'Order History' section to request a return authorization for your specific items.
Pack with Care
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
